Can I use the free tools without creating an account?

Yes. All free tools work instantly with no signup. We only ask for your email when you purchase a Pro Report or Contract Review so we can deliver the results.

Is Contract Review separate from the Pro Report?

Yes. The Pro Report ($49) helps you decide which contractor to hire by comparing estimates. The Contract Review ($199) reviews the actual contract before you sign it. They solve different problems at different stages. You can use either or both.

Are there any recurring charges or subscriptions?

No. Every paid product is a one-time payment. $49 per Pro Report, $199 per Contract Review. No subscriptions, no monthly fees, no auto-renewals.

What if I need a re-review after my contractor changes the contract?

Re-reviews are included free with your $199 Contract Review. After your contractor revises the contract based on our suggestions, upload the new version and we'll review it again at no extra cost.

Do you offer refunds?

If we're unable to generate your report for any reason, you get a full refund. We want you to have a useful result.
